Step 1. The Initial Inquiry
You can either walk into our physical location and request to speak with our expert designers or you can fill out our custom design form on our website in which we will contact you in less than 48 hours to set up an appointment. From there we consult with you to discuss your ideas and collaborate with you on how we can bring that vision to life.
Step 2. The Rough Drafts
Once we have spoken with you and agreed on the plan of action to create your one-of-a-kind piece, the designer will provide a visual representation through sketches on paper with accurate details and dimensions. This is where your collaboration comes in. In these next steps, we will work with you to perfect or edit any aspects of the renderings that you feel need tweaking. We want to include you and make absolute certain that you approve the designs at every step.

Step 3. 3D printing and prototyping
After the sketch is approved the next phase is sending it off to our 3D printing lab to create a precise model made of wax so that you can accurately experience the size, shape, and design in real life.
Step 4. Producing the masterpiece
You have approved the prototype and it is time to create your custom piece by hand. Each element of your piece is meticulously crafted by our highly skilled artisans using the finest materials and/or gemstones sourced and with acute attention to every little detail.
